Osavus Technology Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") develops and operates mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps.
Information We Collect
Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide you with a great experience:
Account Information
- Email Address: If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple authentication, we collect and store only your email address for account identification purposes. This is the only personal data we store.
Game Data
- Local Storage: Your game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Server Storage: If you are signed in, your game progress and statistics may be synchronised with our central servers to enable features such as cross-device access, challenges, and game sharing.
- Challenge Data: When you participate in challenges (including multiplayer challenges with friends or official Osavus challenges), your game statistics and results are stored on our servers and may be visible to other challenge participants.
- Shared Games: If you share a game with others or load a shared game via hash code, game data is stored on our central database.
Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about what we don't collect:
- Personal identification information beyond email (no name, phone number, or address)
- Location data
- Contacts or address book information
- Photos, media, or files from your device
- Usage analytics or behavioural tracking data
- Payment or financial information (all purchases are handled by Apple/Google)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain your account
- Synchronise your game progress across devices
- Enable multiplayer challenges and friend invitations
- Operate weekly and monthly community challenges
- Allow game sharing via hash codes
- Provide games from our central game database
- Improve our apps and services
Data Storage and Security
- Local Data: Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove this local data.
- Server Data: If signed in, your email and game data are stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
- Data Retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Third-Party Services
Our apps integrate with the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's Privacy Policy applies to the authentication process. We only receive your email address from Google.
- Apple Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Apple, Apple's Privacy Policy applies to the authentication process. We only receive your email address from Apple (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email).
- App Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies. We may prompt you to rate our apps.
We do not integrate with third-party advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Challenge Participants: When you join a challenge, your game statistics and results are visible to other participants in that challenge.
- Shared Games: When you share a game via hash code, the game data becomes accessible to anyone with the hash code.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are suitable for all ages. If you are under 16 years old, please obtain parental consent before creating an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Your Rights (GDPR)
As we are based in Estonia (European Union), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability: You can request your data in a portable format.
- Objection: You can object to certain processing of your data.
